Join the CAP Worldwide team as an International Logistics Coordinator!

As an International Logistics Coordinator, you will work to determine customers’ international shipping needs to develop a customized transportation solution that will work within their time frame and budget constraints. Additionally, you will track on-going shipments and update customers on shipment milestones. You will also focus on developing and maintaining customer relationships and will work to address and resolve any concerns or service issues that may arise. We offer additional logistics training for individuals who want to increase their breadth and knowledge of the forwarding industry.

We're looking for people who:

• Have experience with all modes of international freight forwarding, including air, ocean, import & export
• Are knowledgeable about freight-related documentation
• Are familiar with international shipping regulations, including customs, IATA, FMC and TSA
• Can work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
• Are detail-oriented & organized
• Are proficient with computers & can quickly learn new programs
• Are highly energetic & self-starters
• Possess excellent time management skills, & are able to prioritize various activities/projects
• Can work both autonomously & as part of a team
• Possess exceptional verbal & written communication skills
• Experience w/CargoWise software platform is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
