International Customer Support Representative Job at Cell Signaling Technology

You'll have the opportunity to...
- Be able to process and respond to a large volume of email correspondence from CST subsidiaries/distributors/customer all over the world.
- Enter customer product orders using our ERP system and internal software.
- Providing a positive customer experience by researching and resolving customer related inquiries in a timely, positive manner.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and within agreed upon product delivery standards.
- Effective time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Stay organized while processing a heavy load of documents and paperwork.
- Work with Manager, Global Trade & Logistics to ensure best in class customer support is being delivered.
- Represent CST in a manner which is consistent with our values to our customers.
- Answer distributor and customer calls professionally and positively
Who you are and what you bring to the team...
- High School Diploma or HSE/TASC
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers (both internal and external) through effective listening and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency with MS Office suite including Word, Excel and email software (e.g. Google Mail, Outlook, etc.)
Ideally, you have...
- Use of Oracle (not required but a plus)
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Experience in international logistics
