The DON will direct the nursing care in a skilled nursing facility, enjoy the satisfaction of ensuring quality services for residents and motivate staff to achieve outstanding results.

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years of nurse management experience
- Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Managerial experience preferable
