Intelligence Analyst - Top Secret/SCI Job at AMERICAN SYSTEMS

A week in the life of a Intelligence Analyst:
- Assist in and analyze the results from the exploitation of enemy explosive ordnance and explosive hazards (including improvised weapons/IEDs) and their related components for the purpose of providing technical intelligence to operational elements.
- Provide multi-source intelligence products, mission planning, and the dissemination of exploitation data for all TSD COCOM operations. Utilize various collection methods to include: Biometrics, Cellular Exploitation (CELLEX), Document Exploitation (DOCEX), Media Exploitation (MEDEX), Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT) and CEXC to assist in Counter-IED initiatives.
- Support and maintain the TSD Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX) mission to acquire document, cell phone, video, and computer intelligence data and disseminate throughout the Intelligence Community.
- Supervise, train, and certify junior and mid-level intelligence analysts supporting deployed CEXC platoons.
- Liaise between CEXC and operational commanders to assist in the direct targeting of upper echelon IED facilitation networks.
- Maintain databases and compare and contrast information from multiple sources, utilizing current analytical tools.
- Provide intelligence support to Maritime IED exploitation.
- Use the WTI lexicon and the Universal profile schema working closely with the electronic exploitation Lab to create and assign device profiles.
- Provide intelligence subject matter expertise and analysis in the areas of IED and IED networks.

- Physical ability and commitment to deploy globally as a CEXC team member.
- Ability to possess/handle firearms in support of CEXC operations.
- Military Ground or Maritime Intelligence Experience (IS-3912 (Navy), 0231 (USMC), or 18F, 89D, 96B, or 35 (Army) required.
- Candidates must be a graduate of military intelligence school whether officer or enlisted OR equivalent experience gleaned from OGA, law enforcement or WTI environments
- If the candidate has Military Ground or Maritime intelligence experience, the government requires either (IS-3912 (Navy), 0231 (USMC), or 18F, 89D, 96B, or 35 (Army) depending on service.
- Experience in Counter-IED Exploitation and Identity Operations.
- Knowledge and experience utilizing the WTI lexicon and Universal Profile Schema in creating device profiles.
- Proficiency in the use of computer tools common to the intelligence community such as: ATTAC, Combined Information Data Network Exchange (CIDNE), CEXC, Web Enabled Temporal Analysis System (WebTAS), Explosives Reference Tool (EXPERT), Pathfinder software, Multimedia Message Manager (M3), Analyst Notebook, WTI Exploitation Analysis Tool (WEAT), Special Operations Exploitation (SOFEX) Portal, Automated Information Management System (AIMs), Biometrics Intelligence Repository (BIR), Arc Geographic Information System (ArcGIS), Biometric Automated Toolset (BAT).
- Current knowledge of global IED devices and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) threat.
- Bachelor's Degree and 10 years experience or 15 years military/civilian experience required.
- Graduate of military intelligence school (enlisted or officer) or equivalent experience (OGA; law enforcement; WTI).
- Minimum 5 years experience working with EOD or C-IED commands.
- Prior U.S. Military experience working with EOD, SOF and/or C-IED Teams.
- Deployed experience in Analytical/Operational environment.
Certifications and Other Qualifications:
- Eligible for both US Tourist Passport and US Official Passport.
- Current Top Secret/SCI security clearance
