Position:

We are an independent Erie Insurance agency in Fairfax, VA looking to hire a motivated Sales focused individual (no prior experience necessary) as a Commercial Insurance Producer who is motivated to build a $500K - $1MM Book of Business. This position offers schedule flexibility and the ability to Work from Home (WFH) and/or in your own Office in our Fairfax HQ.

The opportunity for Growth is substantial as an independent Erie agent. We write the Accounts we focus on marketing to: $25k - $500k premium accounts and courtesy of Erie Insurance, we have an industry leading 75% closing ratio. We provide the product training and lead sourcing so you can be successful!

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive Base Salary + 30% new commission on all new business sold with eventual commission split once validated of 45N/31R + Book Profit Sharing. Benefits include: Work Remote and/or in Office, PTO, 401(k), Medical, M-F (9am-5pm, closed wknds), 2min off I-66 and Fair Oaks Mall.

• X-Dates – we have over 4k Account x-date’s in Salesforce, ready to call/sell.
• 100% Agency Funded Licensing Continuing Education
• Account Service Team – we have a dedicated Account Service Team providing all Support functions on your Accounts: COI’s, Endorsements, Billing Support, & Proposals – this free’s you up to focus on Production & Building your Book.
• Applied Epic– industry Agency Management system leader.
• CSR24 – Middle-Market Accounts appreciate 24/7 access and ability to produce COI’s, Auto ID Cards, etc.
• Zywave – subscription access to 1,000’s of Employee Manuals, ToolBox Talks and other Risk Control resources.
• OSHAlogs – we’re one of few area agencies to invest into this service which streamlines OSHA reporting for our Middle-Market Contractors.
