ABOUT THE JOB
The primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to build a book of business through:
- Prospecting and establishing referral relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
- Working with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with “A” rated insurance providers, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.
Once Account Executives have established themselves, many will also take on additional leadership responsibilities that starts with being a mentor and could lead to managing a sales team and even becoming an agency owner.
Income listed is an expected range:Base salary of 2500 per month with unlimited commission opportunity including residual/renewal income every year plus bonuses for hitting specific benchmarks in the first two years. The maximum is not a cap and can be higher based on results. Individual income projections reviewed on 2nd interview.
