We are a non-profit agency in Santa Rosa that operates a short term residential treatment program and non-public school for youth who have significant mental health needs. We are looking for Instructional Aides to work in our non-public school and assist students with educational activities, crisis intervention, supportive services and guidance of at-risk students. We need compassionate, positive role models to get involved and make a difference!

We are currently seeking a full-time instructional aide working Monday- Friday 7:40am-3:40pm

As an Instructional Aide you will:

  • Ensure the safety of assigned students through direct supervision.
  • Facilitate 1:1 or small group instruction
  • Plan and supervise daily activities and school structure.
  • Ensure that the physical needs of the students are met.
  • Implement trauma-informed interventions with all youth and can effectively manage behaviors.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of AA degree or completion of 48 college units from an accredited institution or pass an approved academic assessment.
  • A valid CA driver license, a clean driving record and the ability to transport youth in Agency provided vehicles
  • Willingness to complete and pass a background check and pre-employment physical
  • Provide COVID-19 proof of vaccination
