California Closets is the industry leader in designing and installing customized, home storage solutions. We continue to grow our business at an accelerated pace, and we are looking for experienced professionals to join our installation team.

Job Summary
Our Installation Technicians deliver and install custom designed cabinets, closets, and many other built-in storage systems. These systems range from incredible, celebrity-style walk in closets, garages, media centers, home-offices, mudrooms and more, to custom designed furniture with integrated wall beds. We utilize company provided CAD drawings/blueprints to install our systems properly and efficiently. We will provide paid, on-the-job training to candidates with the right skill set and values!

Job Benefits & Compensation

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• $25 - $35 per hour based on experience

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as trim carpenter, finish carpenter, cabinet installer, mill-work installer, wood floor installer, wood-shop worker, or similar job within the carpentry industry
• Experience in reading and interpreting paperwork, blueprints, labels and mathematical measurements including using a tape measure
• Must have safe experience using a table saw, miter saw, circular saw, router, nail gun etc.
• Minimum of one year in customer service. We provide a unique customer experience and need people who can produce detailed custom work while delivering top notch customer service and have a high sense of pride and values.
• Clean driving record, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to pass a criminal history background check and a DMV driving history background check
• Must be physically fit with no back problems or existing injuries and able to lift 75 lbs. over head
• Must be drug-free, honest, responsible, reliable, trainable, easy to work with, a strong communicator and take pride in your work with great attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
