We are looking for* Inside Sales Representatives* that are self-motivated and have the desire to work in a fast-paced, exciting career with an award-winning workplace. Our rapid growth continues to allow us to offer career advancement as a majority of our sales management team has been promoted from within the company.

Responsibilities
· Develop sales strategies and closing ability based on customer and carrier needs
· Devoted to attaining and surpassing sales quotes and goals
· Desire to build relationships with valued customers and carriers
· Build and maintain book of business through constant communication with customers and carriers
· Track day-to-day shipments, resolving issues, making sure pickup and delivery are on time
· Develop a book of business through cold calling and lead generation
· Consult with FWF clients to administer highly effective transportation solutions

· Competitive starting salary based on experience

• 50k base salary + uncapped commissions after an initial paid 90-day training period

· 60k base salary + uncapped commissions after the 180-day advanced training period
