Insurance Sales Producer
We are looking to hire motivated salespeople to help generate new business by building relationships with potential customers. We are seeking partnership with producers who are seeking growth opportunities and a career in Insurance.
No degree or prior insurance experience required.
**This posting is for District 22, Agency placement and location will vary across Portland metro

The job:
- Daily prospecting to develop leads, schedule appointments, market appropriate products.
- Create a pool of prospective clients from various sources like networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up regarding their needs
- Work towards meeting established sales goals
Qualifications:
- Insurance Licenses (P&C and L&H)- We can help you navigate this process
- 1-2 years sales experience
- Confident even in the face of rejection
- Comfortable dealing with a high volume of outbound and inbound phone activity.
- Enjoys being on a team
- Ability to complete and pass a background check
