JOB DETAILS
Location: 601 East 64th Avenue Denver, CO 80229
Salary: Base + Commission (Generous Commission Plan)
Base Salary Range: $50,000 - 70,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Remote Opportunities after 6 months)
JOB SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) delivers the company’s value proposition to under-served and endangered customers as well as reengaging lost customers. The ISR contributes by perfecting and following the inside sales process. They increase customer growth rate, reduce churn and increase revenue within assigned book of business. The ISR provides feedback and gathers customer satisfaction data, which is used in setting future strategy.
Successful candidates: Have know how in sales or construction building materials, enjoys busy days conducting dealings, appreciates learning our products in depth. We are willing to train the right person.

Perfect and Follow Inside Sales Process
Gather Customer Satisfaction Data / Provide Customer Feedback
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Sales, telemarketing experience or construction building materials product knowledge required.
- Ability to manage an active book of business of 500+ accounts.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes within new department
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills required 50-70 calls per day.
- Ability to accurately, consistently enter sales data, call notes.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, directions, maps, instructions, manuals.
- Ability to concentrate and perform in a busy environment.
- Must be an excellent communicator who enjoys assisting employees.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Office equipment such as computer, phone, printer.
- Position requires physical demands such as walking, sitting, listening, speaking.
- Travel is limited as an Inside Sales Rep.
