Salary Range

$23.00/hr. to 28.00/hr.

Job Description
We are searching for a dedicated and passionate individual who is ready to join a company that is currently building strong momentum and growth. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting customers by phone and email concerning new orders and existing orders. You will be responsible for processing all orders and shipments by communicating with our outside warehouses and transportation specialist. You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information to new and existing customers using product and application knowledge. The ability to develope a strong understanding of our products, customer needs and requirements is crucial. It is important that the candidate thrives in our entrepreneurial company culture where change is constant, growth is immense, and opportunities abound.

Essential Responsibilities
- Perform daily outbound sales activities that include cold calling, emailing and lead follow-up to create a sales opportunity.

- Service new sales opportunities through Inbound lead follow-up and Outbound calls and emails..

- Partner with our outside sales representatives to meet and exceed customer service expectations.

- Learn the market and become aware of procedures, new technologies, and techniques to develop a strong sales approach.

- Maintain and expand database of current and prospective clients.

- Keep the sales pipeline full to consistently move potential clients through the sales process and follow up.

- Manage and track leads using a CRM while maintaining accurate and up to date records.

- Participate in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy setting and sales training.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills required.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

-Excellent oral, written communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills

- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines given

Desired Qualifications

- 1-2 years of sales experience

- Cold calling

- Experience creating own Lead Generation

- CRM knowledge (Equivalent to Pipedrive)

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
