- $18-$20/hr

Position Information
- Route incoming calls
- Filing
- Quote follow-up
- Reroute e-mails
- Enter new customers in ERP system
- Pre-authorize credit cards
- Coordinate customer satisfaction surveys
- Calling past customers for Get Customers Back initiative
What kind of experience do you need to succeed?
- HS Diploma/GED
- Strong time management skills
- Flexibility
- Great phone presence
