Position Qualifications:
- Skills & Knowledge (required):
- Exceptional consultative sales skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient knowledge in MS Office products: Outlook, Word and Excel; and ability to learn additional computer products to support business needs
- Strong keyboarding and computer skills
- Ability to work in professional work environment
- Demonstrated initiative
- Must be extremely customer oriented and a team player
- Solid customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Position Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats promptly and in accordance with established call/email and chat procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to interested customers employing consultative sales skills
- Proactively follow up with customers via outbound calls to close enrollments
- Provide support for some of Envision by WorldStrides key partners and customers emphasizing a personal touch
- Provide high-quality customer service to Envision by WorldStrides partners and customers
- Ensure effective and timely bi-directional communication between customers, Envision by WorldStrides relevant internal stakeholders and external partners.
