We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Representative to join our Sales team, to help expand our IV and Infusion business throughout parts of Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky. Our patients come from hospital discharges, infectious disease offices, outpatient physician offices, home health care and other areas within the healthcare spectrum.

Principal Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gain new business for Williams Bros. infusion department in the assigned territory
• Develop, maintain, and enhance business relationships with potential and current referral sources and organizations
• Establish a professional presence and enhance company brand
• Attend trade shows and industry events
• Coordinate new referrals. This role is to gather pertinent information including patient’s demographics, physicians’ orders, and other records and work with our intake to get patient on-service with WB.
• Remain knowledgeable of third party reimbursement, criteria services, and equipment offered, billing, and patient/client paperwork.
• Provide patients with training and education on medications, equipment, supplies, and financial responsibility.
• Communicate with home health care agencies and physicians regarding changes in patient’s conditions and carries out adjustments to the patient’s plan of care.
• Support Williams Bros. Health Care Pharmacy by being loyal and informing the management of areas of concern and problems to be resolved.
• Assist Governing Body with decisions of Advertising, Public Relations, retailing and merchandising, sales, transportation, pricing, and marketing of Williams Bros. Health Care Pharmacy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management staff

Qualifications:

Education: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from and accredited College/University. PREFERRED

A nursing degree is preferred for this position but we would also accept someone with a similar background.

Licenses and Certification Requirements:

Active Indiana RN license. Must obtain Illinois license within 1 year of hire. PREFERRED

Must be active and certified in CPR and TB. PREFERRED

LPN’s may (on a very limited basis) also work in the Infusion department within their scope of practice according to Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky State Board of Health rules and regulations

Demonstrate territory development and management

Time management and organizational skills

Healthcare sales & marketing experience preferred but not required

Overnight travel as needed

Valid driver's license
