JOB OVERVIEW
- This position will provide technical service, sales support, system quotations, troubleshooting and field startup of equipment for customers.
- They will assist with the construction, assembly, testing, shipment and installation of equipment, parts, and systems.
- They must effectively communicate with customers, sales personnel, equipment manufacturers and suppliers to coordinate the design, fabrication, and installation of equipment and systems.
INDIVIDUAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Perform chemical compatibility checks for equipment materials of construction
- Perform material compatibility checks for all new chemicals in development
- Administrative functions for shipping and receiving of parts and systems
- Create quotes as needed for specialty equipment
- Place orders for parts and components for projects
- Create BOM’s
- Create and manage RGA’s for equipment returns
- Linkedin Learning Ambassador for PE Team
- ISO audit documentation (KPI's, FMEA, etc…)
- Implement SHE/Responsible care goals and objectives for the facility
- Assist with Responsible Care (RC) functions and projects as needed
- Provide back-up for PE team administrator as needed
- Provide equipment technical service support for sales and customers as needed
- Occasionally assist with system installations in the field
- Participate in product development & testing
- Assist in the successful implementation of the Process Equipment Business Plan
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in an engineering or technical discipline
- Experience and knowledge of process equipment components, assembly, installation, and operation.
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge and skills with Microsoft Office, SAP, LinkedIn Learning, AutoCAD
- Must work well in a team environment

Salary: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
