Responsibilities
You will be an In-Home Closing Specialist
- Review proposals submitted from marketing/lead gen team
- Ensure on-time arrival to daily customer appointments (These appointments are most often in the late afternoon-evening)
- Close the deal! (These are pre-set appointments, no canvassing required!)
- Provide exceptional customer service – “Customer obsession is our advantage”
Requirements
- No sales experience required (Although at least 1 year of sales experience is preferable)
- High level of integrity and a strong, moral compass - We sell the right way!
- Must be willing to drive up to 45 minutes away for appointments (Normally drive time isn't that much, but occasionally)
- Must be driven and hungry! We are aggressive goal crushers and we want people that want to grow!
- Happy and enthusiastic energy with a willingness to do whatever it takes to be successful
Compensation & Growth
- Our average rep will make $150,000 in their first full year
- Our top Closers earn over $400,000 per year
- Opportunities to advance into management and leadership within the first 24 month
