Our Nursing Team provides attentive one-on-one care to a single individual with critical care special needs living in her own private home. We work closely with other nurses, physicians and family members with the goal of maintaining our consumer's independence.
A typical day as an In-Home Nurse may include:
- Provide quality skilled nursing while adhering to all regulations & policies
- Observes signs and symptoms and reports to the physician and/or other appropriate health professionals as often as needed, or upon changes in the patient’s condition
- Administer medications, feedings, and treatments according to the plan of care
- Effectively & professional collaborate with other members of the team
- Accurately document work and completing all required charting
- Exhibit critical thinking for continuous improvement of services and the agency
