International Quality Homecare Corporation & International Quality PCA Services are seeking caregivers to provide home healthcare services to clients in Washington County.

• Job Title: CNA/Caregiver
• Job Subtitle: A Caregiver may be a Homemaker, Supportive Homecare Provider, Personal Care Attendant (PCA), Personal Care Worker (PCW), Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Location: Client's Homes or Approved Facility
• Basic Qualification: Individual must be at least 16 years or older. A Caregiver must be able to read, write, and pass the required agency or government competency tests. The individual must pass criminal background check and physically able to provide the services needed based on the client’s care plan and must be able to communicate with the client.
• Other Qualifications: • Tuberculosis may be required depending on the job duties. • HHA in the state of WI requires CNA certification.
• Physical Requirements: • Repetitive lifting, pushing, or pulling a minimum of 50 lbs is expected. • The individual must be able to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods of time. • Exposure to latex is expected.
• Job Description: The job duties varies based on the position and qualification of the caregiver which may be Homemaking and Supportive Homecare, Personal Cares, or Home Health Aide.
• Responsibilities:Homemaker and Supportive Homecare • Meal planning and preparation • General housekeeping like dusting, cleaning dishes, and laundry • Companionship • Shopping and errands

Personal care • Assist with bathing • Assist with toileting • Assist with personal hygiene • Medication reminders • Assist with ambulation and transfer including use of cane, walker, and wheelchair • Assist with walking exercise • Assist with dressing and grooming • Turning clients • Continence care • Overnight monitoring • Escorting to medical appointments
Home Health Aide, CNA, and ILS • Taking basic vitals (pulse, respiration, temperature.) • Assist with medication administration • Changing simple dressings • Skin care • Attend to diet regimens • Assist with braces and artificial limbs • Massage patients and apply preparations and treatments.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
