Cream & Sugar Ice Cream Company in Bay City’s Uptown is looking for the BEST to join our team.
This is a seasonal position. Cream & Sugar operates March-October. We begin onboarding for service staff in February each year. We accept applicant inquiries year-round. We strive to provide a healthy and respectful work environment where all staff are highly valued. Our employees are the key to our success, and we treat them accordingly.
Pay: $10.50 - $12.00 per hour

Experience & Skills:

Responsibilities:
- Learn the menu
- Cultivate connections with our guests & respond to their needs immediately
- Maintain an upbeat & friendly environment

- Prepare & restock all food & paper products
- Maintain the cleanliness of the ice cream shop
- Wash dishes
- Cash handling
Physical Requirements:
As a team member, you will rotate between scooping ice cream, making cookies, cones, and mix-ins, and helping our guests at the register along with maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby. This requires walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing and pulling to handle or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. You will also be asked to operate kitchen equipment (waffle cone maker, mixer, etc.) The ability to communicate and exchange information with coworkers and our guests is also required.
