Job Responsibilities:
The HVAC Service Tech 1 Helper learns to diagnosis, service, and repair of environmental-comfort systems on the job, performs tasks in support of Service Technicians. May also support the parts area on an as needed basis.

The HVAC Service Tech 1 Helper learns to diagnosis, service, and repair of environmental-comfort systems on the job, performs tasks in support of Service Technicians. May also support the parts area on an as needed basis.
- Supports Techs in servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Learning to diagnose and repair HVAC systems while assisting Lead Techs and Junior techs.
- Learns to identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair instruments and products at a customer's location.
- Retrieves parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail oriented and entrepreneurial in nature.
- Ability to follow directions and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact effectively face to face.
- A valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Desire to learn the HVAC trade, prior mechanical experience a plus
