The Ideal Team Member Will:

· Be able to diagnose and perform replacement of Residential and Light Commercial HVAC related components.· Possess a complete understanding of refrigerant function and theory.· Have strong working knowledge of how to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC units. · Understand sequence of operation for Package rooftop units, Residential and Commercial Split Systems to Include Gas Furnaces and Heat Pumps. · Have all tools required to properly perform job duties· Be able to adjust, learn and be proficient with Service Titan software · Properly complete and submit service invoices directly to the customer· Be able to educate customer on other products and services offered by Executive Air· Learn to build, provide, educate and directly sell estimates for repair and replacement.

Position Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED preferred· Must have excellent customer service and communication skills· Must be EPA certified. N.A.T.E. certified a plus
· Must be able to stand for long periods of time, do extensive kneeling, squatting and stooping (often in cramped quarters), and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds· Excellent organizational skills, must be motivated, a self-starter, and able to follow through on duties and assignments· Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable· Must be able to work a rotating on-call schedule. (1 week on at a time, generally achieve 50-60 hours that week, 40-50 hours when not on call)

Experience:

· HVAC: 3 years HVAC Light Commercial and Residential Field Experience (Required)· HVAC: 5 years HVAC Light Commercial and Residential Field Experience (Preferred)· HVACR: Commercial Kitchen/refrigeration Field Experience (Preferred)
