Job duties will include:

• Installing HVAC systems and equipment.
• Installing duct systems.
• Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
• Install, connect, or adjust thermostats, humidistats, or sensors.
• Keeping digital daily notes and records of work performed.
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and client requirements.
• Assisting with queries and concerns of clients.

Requirements for this position include:

• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent is desired.
• 1+ year experience as an HVAC installer is desired
• Willingness to continue education in HVAC field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong understanding of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
• Ability to work after hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
