HVAC Dispatcher Job at Broadview Heating
Job Duties Include:
- Keep dispatch board full at all times. There should be a full day of work for each technician
- Answering phones
- Schedule jobs for incoming customer service requests
- Schedule jobs for sold return jobs when directed by Parts Department
- Call and schedule all maintenance checkups
- Complete all return phone calls daily
- Assist customers with over the counter parts sales
- Facilitate technician parts request to appropriate party
- Maintain positive attitude with technicians, customers, and other employees
- Maintain neat, organized workspace
- Maintain tidy personal appearance while adhering to company uniform policy
- Assist in any other area as needed, within reason, or as directed by supervisor
Applicant must be friendly, upbeat, organized, and level headed. Must be able to handle stress effectively, and use available mapping tool to create a route of calls that is logical with minimal travel time. Dispatching experience not necessary but would definitely be an asset.
