We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our team and help manage our employee relations. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, conducting onboarding activities, providing guidance to employees on policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures.
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Advise managers on organizational policy matters and recommend changes where necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and job postings.
- Manage employee relations issues, such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze the data to identify trends.
- Develop training programs for employees.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
