Human Resources Specialist Job at Glenwood State Bank
We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to serve our family of banks (First National Bank of Osakis, Lowry State Bank, Glenwood State Bank). The Human Resources Specialist will take the lead role in facilitating talent acquisition and recruitment, hiring, and onboarding new employees. This position will be responsible for additional programs such as celebration committee, online learning, and logowear management. Human Resources Specialist may provide backup to the Human Resources Generalist for staff meetings, payroll, benefits and overall human resources inquires.

This position is PT; the ideal candidate can be based out of Glenwood or Alexandria.
