Position Summary

Provide clerical support for the Human Resources departments requiring general knowledge of office management systems and department procedures.

Tasks

  • Handle the clerical tasks associated with department initiatives, for example: completing and submitting registration for trade shows; triaging helpdesk tickets to appropriate team member; scheduling candidate interviews and collecting necessary paperwork.
  • General office duties, including filing, data entry, making copies and sending emails.
  • Set up events (schedule, book facilities, develop budget, make recommendations)

  • Speaking - Talking to others to convey information effectively.

Experience and Education

High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); 1+ years
