Position Summary: Join our exciting, growing team where one of our top priorities is company culture! The Human Resource Coordinator will be responsible for a wide array of HR activities and will report directly to the HR Manager.
Qualifications:
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong team player, works effectively and efficiently in a collaborative environment
Proficient in Office 365 & Microsoft Products, ERP knowledge helpful
College degree in Human Resources is required
Position responsibilities:
Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies and procedures.
Advise management on programs that promote employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate employee programs to ensure company culture is sustained.
Maintain and update human resources documentation including employee handbooks, job descriptions, training records, performance evaluation and personnel files.
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs.
Post job openings, conduct interviews of job applicants and coordinate the hiring of new employees.
Conduct new employee orientation and complete new hire processes and paperwork.
Maintain employee benefit programs and plans.
Process biweekly payroll and file all payroll tax returns.
Participate in HR association that provides legal updates and training.
Coordinating Safety training programs.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
