We are currently seeking a Human Resource Manager reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources. The Human Resource Manager is responsible to further the development and enhancement of the HR function. In collaboration with the Vice President of Human Resources, the position’s responsibilities are focused on planning, implementing, and evaluating engagement, team member satisfaction, HR metrics, team member relations, human resources-related compliance, and human resources policies, programs, and practices. This position will adapt as needed to support the growth and organizational effectiveness of the company.

As the Human Resource Manager you will be expected to:

  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with managers and team members and ensure ongoing, in-depth understanding of team member relations and engagement.
  • Develop, measure effectiveness, make recommendations, and spearhead team member engagement initiatives to ensure engaged, high-performing teams.
  • Oversee engagement programs and develop recommendations for continued engagement improvement.
  • Work in conjunction with Talent Acquisition Team and Marketing Coordinator on social media and internal communications to boost Mosaic recognition externally and team recognition/engagement internally.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related matters by working with VP, HR to develop ongoing checklists, processes, and reviews of the same.
  • Assist with team member relations matters.
  • Further develop HR policies, processes, procedures, programs, systems, and metrics to measure ongoing effectiveness and optimization of the same.
  • Develop and deliver training as needed.
  • Develop compensation program including philosophy, structure (pay grades, ranges, incentive programs, process for updating to ensure recruitment/retention success), annual review processes, and compensation budget recommendations. Recommend compensation for new hires to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Oversee all to ensure the integrity of the program.
  • Oversee performance review/promotional swag processes.
  • In coordination with Vice President of Human Resources, mentors and coaches HR team to provide further development and alignment opportunities.
  • Work with HR team on benefits and total rewards.
  • Predictable, reliable, and prompt attendance.
  • Ability to work on site and off site.
  • Ability to travel as needed and drive to needed locations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment while managing high volume of deliverables which may oftentimes create conflict deadlines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven competency in Human Resources.
  • Experience and proven competency in implementing successful programs.
  • Adaptability and support of change.
  • Ability to lead projects of significant complexity.
  • HR certification

Pay: $55,380.04 - $113,570.44 per year
