We’re looking for a HR Operations Manager who will advise and problem solve using business insights on wide variety of people operations including HR technology, people analytics, engagement & retention, performance management, change management, learning and development to name a few. As a compliance expert, you’ll stay abreast of both domestic and international employment laws. As a technology & systems expert, you’ll own HR tech implementation, people data and be the point of contact for information, reporting and metrics. You’ll lead a team of front-line HR professionals ensuring the highest levels of service for our people throughout the employee lifecycle. In your spare time, you’ll help on a variety of small and major HR initiatives that will be fun, challenging, and make a giant impact. You should have…

  • A track record of delivering consultative approaches to employee lifecycle administration, HR technology and systems architecture, change management, HR analytics and shared services
  • Expertise leveraging project management skills to HR programs & implementations
  • 7+ years of HR experience with at least 4 years in a HR technology or shared services role; multi-state employment law knowledge highly desired
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field

The salary range for this job is $93,027 - 139,541. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job- related knowledge, skills & experience, among other factors. Regular positions are eligible for discretionary bonus. Blue Nile offers medical, vision, dental coverage and 401(k) employer match amongst other benefits for eligible positions.
