For our Ammeraal Beltech and AMMEGA Human Resources team, we are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager to support our brand new facility in Buford, GA. Full benefits on day 1 + 401(k) after a month.
Human Resources Manager - Bilingual
As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for staffing/recruitment, employee on-boarding and off-boarding, benefits and salary administration, Human Resource Information System (HRIS) maintenance and data integrity, manager and employee relations, and HR process implementation and support, with a strong focus on the Operations
Group. Must have strong communication and organizational skills, be customer service driven, and have a passion for supporting the Human Resources department to deliver results that align with the vision of the company. You will report to the Human Resources Director. This position works on a team of one, serving as the site HR Manager. Key colleagues include fellow HR colleagues within the business unit and in other business units or countries, and key stakeholders include Plant and Operations Manager, finance partners, site managers and supervisors. In this role, you will be based in Buford, Georgia,
United States. Our colleagues like one another, so this is an in-person, in-office role with under 5% travel.
A day in the life of a Human Resources Manager can look like
● Dynamic and agile – quickly jumping from one task or topic to the next!
● Assists and leads internal communication, recordkeeping, compliance, benefits administration, hand-on customer service to our employees and colleagues, performance review and merit increase process
● Human Resource Information System (HRIS) maintenance and data integrity including preparing HR KPIs and metrics
● Acts as liaison between the company and its providers
● Works closely with Payroll and Finance teams
● Maintains appropriate recordkeeping to support Affirmative Action and
EEO requirements
● Coordinates on-boarding and off-boarding, employee records, training, engagement events
● Supports the Human Resources Department in all daily duties
We are looking for you to offer the following
● Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent preferred
● 5 years’ experience providing Human Resource support in a fast-paced environment
● PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
● Multi-lingual communication abilities strongly preferred
● Dealing with ambiguity

Pay: $50,473.89 - $112,918.29 per year
