Job Title: HR Coordinator
Reports to: HR Director
Location: TBD
Position Objective: This person is responsible for performing & overseeing all day-to-day activities related to the company’s greatest asset, its team. The HR Coordinator assists with planning and administering Centerra policy and strategy through talent management and recruiting, training and development, compensation, benefits and payroll.
Skills & Requirements: This person must be meticulous, efficient, and able to prioritize work. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary as this person will work closely with the HR Director and accounting and payroll team to perform daily functions and monthly/quarterly reporting. Experience in accounting, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office is necessary. Most work will be completed independently, with occasional collaboration necessary.
