What You’ll Do

  • Partner and support functional leaders within assigned client group and global HR counterparts to implement talent development programs (e.g., workforce planning, succession planning, performance management process, compensation planning, learning and development, and organizational development).
  • Roll-up your sleeves to execute a full range of HR programs from high-level strategy to plan design to problem-solving
  • Provide proactive and effective coaching to leaders and make recommendations and implement appropriate solutions
  • Advise leaders and managers on people-related matters; work with them to manage and resolve performance and employee relations issues
  • Administers and manages elements of the overall Performance Management process
  • Participate in presenting lunch and learn training sessions
  • Own the employee onboarding and offboarding experience to ensure we are always delivering a stellar experience at both ends of the employee life cycle.
  • Culture & Engagement: Assess, recommend, and develop programs designed to enhance employee morale and productivity, and recognize employees for their contributions to the company’s success. Manage engagement surveys, plan events.
  • Develop and work with the team in developing communications related to HR activities.
  • Other duties may be assigned

Bring It!

  • 7+ years of experience as strategic HR Business Partner and BA/BS required
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including ability to diagnose and analyze problems and drive appropriate solutions
  • Possess accurate and updated knowledge of Federal and State laws applicable to wages, hours, working conditions, safety, labor relations, etc. to ensure compliance with state and federal legal requirement
  • Detail oriented and ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively with minimal supervision
  • Data-oriented decision-maker
  • Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
  • Excellent project management skills and experience with a drive for results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working proficiency of HRIS systems and MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
