Sunflower Communities is seeking an experience Housing Manager for our assisted living facility in Waconia, MN! (HUD) Housing Manager Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis throughout the building and organization.
  
• Plan, develop, organize, and implement daily functions of the building and programs.
  
• Receive incoming phone inquiries, perform walk-in tours, and follow-up with referrals to maintain and build relationships with prospects and their families.
  
• Complete all move-in related information with residents and their family members.
  
• Review, revise, and communicate policies and procedures to residents, family members, and staff.
  
• Stay up-to-date on regulations in Housing with Services, Assisted Living, Elderly Waiver, and Home Care regulations.
  
  

(HUD) Housing Manager Qualifications:

• A degree in Healthcare Administration / Business, OR a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, and Social Work degree are preferred and will all be considered.
  
• Licensed as an Assisted Living Director is ideal but not required.
  
• Working knowledge of housing rules and regulations.
  
• Demonstrate a positive, compassionate, and caring attitude with the ability to build trust quickly.
  
• Be able to socialize and build positive relationships with residents – both current and prospective.
  
• Must have great organizational skills and strong proficiency in computer skills.
