Housekeeping Supervisor/ Inspector
Viejas Casino & Resort, San Diego’s Premier Four Diamond Gaming and Resort destination, is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor/ Inspector to join our team.
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor with credibility to direct the operation of our Hotel Housekeeping Team. This position will also interact directly with guests and requires a professional, friendly demeanor.
We are looking for team members who are reliable, outgoing, and who believe that providing great guest service is the key to success.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following categories:
- Inspecting and evaluating up to 80 guest rooms per day while tracking performance
- Ability to handle small repairs in areas of plumbing and restroom malfunctions
- Ability to motivate team members, evaluate performance, handle corrective action, and provide coaching and discipline when needed
- Strong emphasis on guest service and very high cleanliness standards
- 1 to 2 years of related experience in supervising and hotel housekeeping
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- MS Word and Excel knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
