Housekeepers for Assisted Living!! Job at Jennings McCall
Jennings McCall is looking for 2 full-time Housekeepers to join our Wonderful team in providing a professional, clean environment for our staff and residents. Previous experience in housekeeping preferred, however not required. This is a full-time position and has a wonderful schedule of Tuesday - Saturday working from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM on the weekdays and 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM on Saturdays.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Sufficient communication and language skills to enable performance of duties and interact with residents and co-workers.
- To perform daily housekeeping tasks assigned effectively and safely, including but not limited to: dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, making beds, windows, and doing laundry.
- Cleaning public areas as well as Residents apartments as assigned or requested.
- Assist with mobility of Residents within the facility.
- Participate in trainings or in-services as requested or required.
- Ability to stay on task, work quickly and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of and ability to perform fire and emergency drills, evacuations and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
