Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer is the new take on the classic burger joint. Our location in Midtown - New York City, is looking for individuals interested in joining our team as Host/Hostess (Vibe Ambassadors) . If you like working in a fun and familiar work environment, providing genuine service, quality food and have an enthusiasm to learn and grow with us, we want to meet you!
Skills and Requirements:
- Comfortable working in fast paced, high energy environment
- Hardworking and enthusiastic team player
- Willing to learn
- Strong communicator: Verbal, written, In-person, over the phone and via messaging
- Works in a clean and organized manner
- Demonstrates timeliness and a sense of urgency
- Enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences both in-person and over the phone
- Sense of humor
- Experience working with on-line ordering platforms, take-out and deliveries preferred
- Experience with reservation systems preferred
- Experience with seating flow preferred
