Chestnut Mountain Resort is looking for enthusiastic individuals who are committed to providing world class service to our guests!
SUMMARY
Primary responsibilities are to greet and seat guests upon arrival.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assigns service stations to all servers and bus persons.
- Informs service personnel of menu changes and daily specials.
- Coordinates the operation of the dining room during meal service periods.
- Adjusts patron seating flow to balance customers among the various service stations.
- Graciously greets and seats guests upon arrival.
- Provides menus to guests.
- Manages special seating requests of guests consistent with table availability.
- Relays messages to servers and bus persons as appropriate.
- Checks table settings for proper presentation and completeness, and checks service tray stations for adequacy of supplies used for refill or replacement purposes.
- Make sure that the lights are creating the proper ambiance for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Manage the server seating chart
- Monitor the floor
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
All other duties as assigned.
