A passion for plants and their well-being. Prior horticulture, nursery, or greenhouse experience is preferred. A strong knowledge and passion with a minimum 10 years of hands-on experience working with plants/plantcare.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
Must be, mature, self-directed and have the ability to complete assignments working on your own.
