**INTRODUCTION:

• Mangos Bar, Hookah & Restaurant (Open 7 days / 3PM-1AM)
• Located in downtown Columbus, OHIO, (Short North Arts District). About a 7-minute drive from OHIO State University. Our large patio is fully covered & open all year long with heaters to keep you warm in the winter. We have a private room can be rented for parties, meeting and special events. We offer -Full bar including (Whiskey, Tequila, Vodka, Scotch, Cocktails, Beer, and Seltzers) -Exceptional hookah service (Custom LED Tipsy Hookahs & All Glass LED Hookahs) house blend flavors and many more. -Delicious food menu which includes (chicken wings, French fries, chicken tenders, mozzarella cheese sticks, onion rings, fried pickles, smoothies, coffee, tea, desserts, and more.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations

• To make hookahs, food, snacks , dessert and to accommodate customers in a friendly and timely manner following our company guidelines.
• Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
• Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks
• Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
• Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
• Prepare/cook chicken wings, onion rings, chicken tenders, mozzarella cheese sticks and fries that are in-line with our company standards.
• Maintain fast and accurate service while having positive customer relations -Ensure that each guest is served courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant attitude
• Ensuring the correct tools & procedures are used to prepare, build and present perfect food

• Wash and clean hookahs after the customer leave
• Make hookahs and learn the different type of tobacco flavors for the hookah
• Greet guests, answer questions, and suggest hookah flavors and add-ons.
• Sweep and mop the floors, wipe down tables, and keep the café clean.
• Transport hookahs to/from the kitchen/ hookah room.
• The ability to lift a minimum of 5 pounds.

• Strong customer service & communication skills. -Good personal grooming. -Stand up for 4 hours.

• Great Customer Service Skills and Ability to Multi-Task are a MUST.
