Description/Responsibilities include:
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate customer service candidate to join our team. This ambassador will be responsible for delivering training and education to leading fashion, beauty and lifestyle retailers, in addition to interfacing with customers onsite daily. After learning the ins-and-outs of Afterpay, the ideal candidate will become an extension of the team – delivering training materials and marketing communications to a wide-range of audiences, including both store teams and shoppers.

Be a subject matter expert and face of the brand.

Adhere to training content to ensure consistent training message.

Visit and deliver training to select stores.

Excellent customer service and an eagerness to talk to shoppers about products.

Build strong relationships with partners.
