As an LPN at our facility, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, compassionate care to our residents. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to assess, plan, and implement care plans for our residents.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid LPN license
• Must be CPR/BLS Certified
• Must have a 2 step TB skin test
• Must Complete a drug screen and Background
• Must be Covid vaccinated or Exempt
• Must have a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document changes in residents' conditions
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing and dressing
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Provide emotional support to residents and their families
