We are seeking applicants living in Brockton, MA, and surrounding areas that have a passion for providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, mental health diagnoses, or those experiencing homelessness and substance abuse/recovery!
If you have experience as a Direct Support Professional/DSP, caregiver/caretaker, personal care/PCA, home health aide/hha, and assisted living this job might be for you!

Responsibilities - Direct Support Professional:
- Assist with the day to day operations working in residential programs
- Provide a safe living environment for all individuals in our care
- Responsible for all documentation related to program operations
- Participate in daily shift duties which include engaging in activities, housekeeping, and counseling
- Ability to keep track of a flexible schedule
- HS diploma or GED
- CPR & First Aid
- MAP Certification is a plus
- Experience as a direct support professional/DSP, personal care assistant/PCA, caregiver/caretaker, assisted living and home health aide/hha
