Job description:
The EE Analyst will support the implementation of ANB’s software platforms such as eTRACK+, eTRM
Duties will include the following:
- Gather requirements and develop specifications
- Develop use cases and test cases
- Active participation in sprint, scrum, stand up and status calls
- Configure the business requirements in our flagship product as part of sprint activities
- Test products and solutions before releasing them to clients
- Participate and run demos to clients on new feature or sprint releases
- Prepare reports and make presentations to clients
- Plan execution of projects including coordination with offshore team
- Provide direction/ support to the development center based in Chennai
- Provide day to day operational support to clients
- Troubleshoot problems and issues with software and processes
- Research markets and proposes solutions
- Perform other duties as called upon.
Job Type: Full-time
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, or Engineering. Postgraduate degrees are desirable.
Software: Exposure to databases; Proficient in MS Office; Proficient in the use of software applications
Experience: At least one year of relevant experience in the industry
Desirable: Prior experience managing and working with offshore team
Other: Self-starter: Ability to work with limited supervision; troubleshooting capability; team player; good writing skills; good communication skills; detail-oriented; ability to develop and execute work plans; self-motivated.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
