The Healthcare Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring the premises and patrolling areas within a high-volume Healthcare Facility. We are looking for officers who enjoy being on the move while working, and frequently engage in client communication during their workday. Our Security Officers frequently provide customer service and information to those on-site while maintaining proper order. You don’t make history by just sitting!

Key Skills

o Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day or longer (limited time to sit)

o Must be able to walk up to 15 miles per shift if in a roving position

o Must have exceptional communication skills; both verbal and written

o Must have basic to moderate computer skills

o Must be comfortable working in an extremely busy/loud environment

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Security: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• NYS Security Guard License (Not Expired) (Preferred)
