• Responsible for creating a positive, high energy, respectful and safe OTF studio environment
• Responsible for building Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) attendance, retaining current clientele and achieving monthly key performance indicator (KPI) metrics.
• Responsible for developing strong professional relationships with new, current, and former OTF studio clients and holding all staff to the same professional standards.
• Responsible for facilitating follow up communication and handling member concerns in a professional, objective manner with the goal of resolution.
• Responsible for managing the continuous education, development, and auditing of coaching personnel within a studio using the OTF business model and policies.
• Responsible for facilitating and hosting monthly in-person one-on-one meetings.
• Culturally sensitive and able to adjust learning styles to meet unique cultural needs
• Conducts monthly fitness staff meetings and attends all relative, mandatory webinars and other requested corporate meetings
• Promote compliance to quality control and brand standards, including, but not limited to, Leave of Absence.
• Identify coach development needs throughout a respective OTF studio and assist in creating innovative solutions to educational needs.
• Responsible for organization and cleanliness of the studio, including the training floor.
• Responsible for managing, auditing and submitting numerous KPI reports, equipment requests, and organizing the OTF training session schedule on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Leads/instructs a minimum of 10 OTF training sessions per week including weekends if needed or instructed by your supervisor
• Develop a strong professional relationship with the Studio Manager to ensure goals are met and assist sales Associates with new prospect studio tours/sales including staying current with pricing options.
• Maintain current, active employee files which include resume, CPR cards, fitness certifications, disciplinary items, emergency contact info, I-9 form and more.
• Must be flexible and willing to work weekends, including special events, when needed and as requested by your supervisor

• 
  Must hold a current fitness certification from an OTF approved education company (ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM or NSCA)
• Advanced knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, human movement, heart-rate focused training programs and the science that supports the OTF workouts.
• Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Desire to train all fitness levels
• Must invest 10+ hours per year in continuing education lectures and workshops outside of OTF curriculum.
• Bachelor’s degree in an Exercise Related Field is preferred.
• Must have current in-person or blended (in-person and self-study) CPR/AED certification.
• 3+ years of professional experience teaching and/or managing in the Fitness Industry.
• Excellent communication, strong business acumen, and customer service skills.
• Must be able to safely lift and move up to 40 lbs.
