Guest Experience Specialist Job at Split Rock Hotel
Job Details:
- Respond to any questions guests may have prior to their stay.
- Handle guests needs during stay.
- Oversee and respond to post-stay reviews.
- Oversee guest satisfaction and resort trends.
- Perform monthly reports on guest satisfaction and opportunities.
- Perform morning reports.
- Prepare meetings for Staff members & General Manager.
- Prepare agenda for General Manager.
- Check in with housekeeping supervisor to ascertain adequate staffing, arrivals and departures, VIP arrival, special requests etc.
- Develop and implement resort procedures and SOPs.
- Order and track inventory on all office supplies and guest recovery vouchers.
- Overseeing the daily operations of the resort including check-in procedures, accounting, human resources, security, and maintenance.
- Managing and maintaining relationships with vendors such as maintenance companies, food suppliers, and travel agencies that provide services to guests.
- Ensuring that the resort is in compliance with local laws, state regulations, and federal requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
