This position handles the care, maintenance, and general upkeep of the property grounds to include basic landscape as well as general cleanliness. Commitment and dedication to our Spirit of Service culture is an encouraging behavior to be displayed towards our guests and team members at all times!
What will I be doing?
As a Groundsperson you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Perform routine and special general labor work assignments as directed.
- Maintain the property grounds including basic landscaping and overall cleanliness, using backpack blowers and pressure wash desks and other surfaces
- Transport and use of tools, materials, and supplies as required
- Remove trash, remove and reinstall trash dumpsters
- Remove dust, dirt, grease, and waste material from surfaces.
- Dig holes, ditches, and trenches.
- Maintain detailed record-keeping in English for logs and inspection sheets.

What are we looking for?
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current Driver's License
- Prior grounds or landscaping experience
- Experience maintaining and using tools and equipment
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Hospitality and/or hotel experience
