Groundskeeper Job Description:

Picking up community grounds
Cleaning the office and amenity areas
Pressure washing
Cleaning exterior buildings and breezeways
Ability to do light maintenance in make ready units
Use of ladders for light changes
Good customer service skills
Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others and have strong communication skills
Other job duties as assigned by Supervisor
Will require lifting, pulling, bending, and stooping
Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
