Team Gilbert has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Grounds Maintenance Worker - Seasonal.

The Grounds Maintenance Worker – Seasonal reports to the Maintenance & Operations Supervisor. The primary function of this position is performing general and/or specialized maintenance work involving mowing, landscaping, irrigation and general maintenance of Town properties, parks, athletic fields, irrigation systems and related facilities.

This is a part-time seasonal position which typically works between 16 and 32 hours weekly.

Applications are reviewed on a weekly basis.

You are someone who effectively exceeds customer needs by building productive customer relationships, and take responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty. You actively participate as a member of a team to move the team toward the completion of goals and produce quality outcomes. You are committed to our safety philosophy, and you take great pride in proactively managing time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently while accomplishing objectives and achieving goals beyond what is required.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Six months of experience and/or training in grounds maintenance, athletic field maintenance, irrigation system maintenance, equipment operation, and manual labor
• Possess a valid Arizona Driver's License
• Flexible availability to work weekends
